Visit Website2050Today is a climate action initiative launched in October 2020 under the aegis of the Swiss Mission to the United Nations in Geneva. Over 60 institutions in International Geneva have committed to measure and reduce their emissions, with 36 participating institutions employing 19,000 people pledging to implement over 1,000 actions aiming for an average 32% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
Addictlab Academy
Visit WebsiteAn international creative think tank with dedicated research labs including the Chocolate Lab, Science Education Lab, Urban Green Lab, and Design Lab. Addictlab Academy offers unique educational experiences that push cross-curricular and project-based learning with cross-disciplinary thinking. Operating since 1997, they support the UN Sustainable Development Goals and develop SDG impact kits for educational and corporate workshops.
Global Teaching Initiative

Their mission centers on building capacity among educators to create transformative learning experiences that address educational inequities and foster sustainable development.
Reos Partners
Visit WebsiteA global social impact company that helps people work together across differences to achieve systems change. Since their founding over 25 years ago, Reos Partners have worked on more than 43 projects in over 33 countries, partnering with governments, corporations, and civil society organizations on challenges such as education, health, food, energy, environment, development, justice, security, and peace. Their approach is systemic, collaborative, and creative.
Citizen Science Global Partnership
Visit WebsiteA network-of-networks launched in December 2017 at the UN Science-Policy-Business Forum on the Environment that seeks to promote and advance citizen science for a sustainable world. Founded in partnership with UNEP and supported by UNESCO, CSGP brings together existing networks of citizen science researchers and practitioners to track contributions towards the Sustainable Development Goals and shape formal environmental policy through citizen participation.
Open Geneva
Visit WebsiteA non-profit association that promotes and stimulates open innovation by bringing together a community of over 4,000 innovators. Open Geneva organizes the Open Innovation Festival of Greater Geneva since 2017, featuring dozens of free hackathons, workshops, and conferences to find solutions to challenges related to social innovation, sustainable development, global health, media, and digital transformation. It has become one of the largest innovation events in Switzerland.
International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW)
Visit WebsiteThe only international medical organization dedicated to the abolition of nuclear weapons. Founded by US and Russian physicians in 1980, IPPNW was awarded the 1985 Nobel Peace Prize for spreading authoritative information and creating awareness of the catastrophic consequences of nuclear war. With affiliates in 56 countries, IPPNW advocates for the elimination of nuclear weapons and launched ICAN (International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons) in 2007.
