Julia is a Career Guidance Counselor with the University of Geneva Career Services Center providing career orientation advice and job-search related workshops to students. She holds a Master degree in Organizational and Work Psychology and has worked for multiple years in Human Resources in different international organizations, specializing in recruitment and training practices, before dedicating herself to helping individuals find their career paths. Passionate about human development and relationships, convinced that everyone has a lot of hidden potential, she has a proven track record in one-to-one guidance and in the delivery of high-quality interactive career development workshops. Dedicated to innovative approaches to careers guidance she has implemented a soft skills program to help students better prepare their entry into the labor market.

Eliya Devay

Consultant, UNEP FI

Eliya has a broad perspective on companies of various sizes, by working with innovative Startups and established MNCs. Currently, he works as a Consultant for the ‘UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative’. His passion is to understand issues and drive change on a systemic level. He believes that Sustainable Finance is the relevant lever to fight climate change, which he will showcase us at the Hackathon.

TIAN GUO

Senior Data Scientists, RAM Active Investments

Tian Guo works together with the equity Portfolio Managers to develop investment strategies. Tian’s work is focused primarily on extracting market inefficiencies from different sources of unstructured data, like news, analyst research reports and earnings call transcript by applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques with the aim to gain insights for several purposes, like sentiment analysis, key aspect extraction, etc. as well as enriching the information machine learning models can consume.

Nadine Reichenthal

Entrepreneurship Lab Director GSEM UNIGE 

Nadine Reichenthal is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the University of Geneva and Lausanne (Switzerland), where she headed the Accelerator Program’s.

She is involved in numerous structures supporting entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial projects, as a trainer, coach or expert, in Switzerland and abroad. She is active in about ten countries in Africa, mainly for the program of the International Trade Centre (ITC-ITC), a joint agency of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

Nadine co-founded the entrepreneurship program Graines d’Entrepreneurs for teenagers and participated in the implementation of the federal certificate for SME managers by validation of prior learning (VAE), originally intended for spouses of craftsman

Julia Delrieu

Digital Consultant, Palo IT

Julia works for PALO IT as a Consultant specialized in business design. She designs innovation programs and conducts workshops to help stakeholders conceive the best possible experience. She works with decision makers to help them measure the value and impact of their choices.

Inès Burrus

Founder & CEO, Equal Profit Sàrl

Inès holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and two Master’s degrees, in Sustainable Resource Management and Real Estate and International Asset Engineering. She started her career in the Sustainable Agriculture department of Nestlé. She rolled out rural development projects in coffee and cocoa origins. This was followed by an experience in Public Affairs managing global partnerships at the corporate level. Sponsored by Nestlé, Nespresso and ECOM Agroindustrial, she then pursued a PhD programme in Economics with a specialization in Management at HEC Lausanne, Switzerland. Her research focused on how to make farming an attractive occupation for rural youth. Inès is the founder and managing director of three social enterprises: Equal Profit, a certification model ensuring equitable profit distribution among supply chain actors, Fynka, a mobile application to ensure that smallholder farmers earn a prospering income and Terrakodo, an IT company for social impact.
